A great company with a product that works well!

I am very happy with TherapetMD. I have 5 cats and I foster so I need to keep things calm at all times. Especially when foster a Mom with babies. The diffusers work very well and cost less than other brands . I had a diffuser that seemed to be going down a little faster than it should. I contacted customer service and they got back to me quickly,were helpful in making sure I was set up right and when we determined I needed a replacement sent it right away. There was no replacement charge and I didn't have to sign up for anything to get a response from the company as another review stated. Customer service was outstanding.
